How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

The personal information covered in this policy includes: basic information (including personal name, date of birth, gender, address, personal phone number, and email address); personal identification information (including ID card, military officer's certificate, passport, driver's license, and other relevant identity documents); personal location information; network identity information (including system account, IP address, email address, and related passwords and security questions); personal internet browsing history (including search history, software usage history, and click history); personal frequently used device information (including hardware model, device MAC address, operating system type, unique device identifier for software list (such as IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc., describing the basic information of the personal frequently used device); video content containing personal information; and personal biometric identification information (including Face ID or fingerprint ID information, etc.).

The sensitive personal information covered in this policy includes: personal identification information (including ID cards, military officer ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, and household registration certificates); online identity verification information (including usernames, nicknames, email addresses, and related passwords); other information (including personal phone numbers, mobile phone numbers, web browsing history, and precise location information); relevant identity verification documents; video content containing sensitive personal information; and personal biometric identification information (including facial ID or fingerprint ID information).

I. Personal Information We Collect and Use

Our products and services include core functionalities such as online shopping on the Wangli Partner Platform and basic functions related to Wangli products based on Wangli Cloud (e.g., video surveillance preview, device operation and control). We may collect, store, and use certain information about you to enable these functions. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to enjoy our products and services.

Our products and/or services also include additional features, such as Wangli Cloud storage, phone reminders, message notifications, and device unbinding. If you use these additional features, we will collect corresponding personal information based on the features you choose to use. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still shop on Wangli's official partner platforms and use basic functions related to Wangli products based on Wangli Cloud, but you will not be able to use the corresponding additional features .

During your use of our products and services, we will collect information that you actively provide or that is generated as a result of your use of our products and services in the following ways, in order to provide you with our products and services, optimize our products and services, and protect your account security:

1. When you register an account to use our products and services, we collect your username, password, email address, mobile phone number, and other information. We collect your mobile phone number to comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding real-name registration on the internet. If you log in to our products and services through other means, we will request your personal information from the associated third party. For personal information that we request but the third party cannot provide, we may still request you to provide it. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to use our products and services normally.

2. When you search for products, videos, or other information, we collect your search results to facilitate your repetition of input or to display information related to your search. Please note that your search keywords cannot identify you on their own and are not considered your personal information. We have the right to use them for any purpose. Only when your search keywords are combined with other information and can identify you will we treat your search keywords as your personal information during the period of such combined use, and process and protect them along with your search history in accordance with this policy.

3. When you place an order online using the Wangli Partner Platform , we will collect your recipient's name, delivery address, and mobile phone number. This information is necessary for us to deliver the products or services you purchase. If you refuse to provide this information, we will be unable to complete the relevant delivery service. You can order goods for others, in which case you will need to provide the aforementioned personal information of the actual orderer. Before providing Wangli with the aforementioned personal information of the actual orderer, you must ensure that you have obtained their authorization and consent.

4. When you use Wangli Cloud services, you need to bind your mobile phone and other products. We will collect the product serial number and product verification code you bind. This type of information is unique basic product information, and it is the basic information that must be collected to bind the product and further provide you with basic and value-added services such as previewing and storing videos. When you use the storage function of Wangli Cloud services to store your videos, these videos will be stored on our servers. We will store them in an encrypted manner, and you can delete these videos at any time.

5. When you purchase products or services from Wangli, we will also collect your order information, including the order number, information about the goods or services you purchased, the amount you paid, and the payment method. We will use this information to confirm transactions, settle payments, complete delivery, track your orders, provide customer service and after-sales service, and determine if your transaction is abnormal to protect your transaction security.

6. When you make a payment, you can choose the payment service provided by a third-party payment institution that Wangli partners with (hereinafter referred to as "the payment institution"). We do not collect your personal information through the payment function itself, but we need to share your order number and transaction amount information with these payment institutions so that they can confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.

7. When you enable the message notification feature, we will collect screenshots from your camera and push them to you. You can disable this feature through your account settings.

8. When you apply to unbind your product, we will also collect your ID card information, facial recognition data, etc. We need to verify this information to determine whether you are a legitimate user of the product and in order to decide whether to accept your unbinding request. If you do not provide this information, we cannot provide you with the unbinding service.

9. When you use some of our value-added services, we need you to fill in the corresponding personal information so that we can provide you with those services later. We will only collect your personal information as needed to provide those value-added services and will only use that collected personal information to provide you with those services. For example, when you subscribe to our phone reminder service, we need you to fill in your mobile phone number so that we can contact you when a notification is sent.

10. Our customer service and after-sales functions will use your account information, order information, and the product information you have linked. To ensure your account security, our customer service will use your account information to verify your identity. When you require customer service and after-sales services related to your order information, we will check your order information. How we protect and store your personal information

II. Storage of Your Personal Information

1. In accordance with laws and regulations, we will store users' personal information collected within China within China. If Wangli is involved in transferring your personal information overseas, we will clearly inform you and obtain your consent.

2. We will continue to retain your personal information while you use Wangli products or services. If you cancel your account or actively delete your personal information, we will continue to retain your information for 6 months after you cancel your account or delete your personal information, in accordance with the provisions of the Cybersecurity Law and other laws and regulations.

How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

I. Sharing

1. We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than Wangli, except in the following circumstances:

1) Wang Li has obtained your or your guardian's explicit authorization or consent;

2) Information that judicial or administrative authorities require us to disclose based on legal procedures;

3) When Wang Li initiates litigation or arbitration against users to protect his legitimate rights and interests;

4) In accordance with the relevant service agreement, usage rules, etc., between you and Wangli;

5) To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, in order to protect Wangli and its affiliates, Wangli users and the public interest from harm;

6) It complies with the agreements between you and other third parties;

2. In addition, we may share your order information, account information, and device information with partners and other third parties to ensure the smooth completion of the services provided to you. However, we will only share your personal information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will only share the personal information necessary to provide the service. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. Currently, our partners include suppliers of goods or technical services. 2. 2. Personal Information You Cannot Access or Correct: In addition to the information listed above, there are some other personal information about you that we are unable to access or correct. This information mainly includes your device information collected to improve your user experience and ensure transaction security, as well as personal information generated when you use additional features. We will use this information within the scope of your authorization. You cannot access or correct this information, but you can contact us for deletion or anonymization.

II. Delete your personal information

You can directly manage, clear, or delete your specific information, such as order information and shipping address information, on our product and related service pages .

You may request that we delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

(2) If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;

(3) If our processing of your personal information violates our agreement with you;

(4) If you have cancelled your Wangli account;

(5) If we terminate the service and operation.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us, requiring them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete this information when the backup is updated.

You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, turning off device functions, or adjusting privacy settings on the Wangli website or software.

Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. Once you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, nor will we process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.

In the following circumstances, we will be unable to respond to your request in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements:

1) Related to national security and defense security;

2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

4) There is sufficient evidence to show that you acted with malicious intent or abused your rights;

Personal information of minors

1. We believe it is the responsibility of parents to monitor minors' use of our products and services. However, our policy does not require obtaining minors' personal information or sending any promotional materials to such individuals.

2. Wangli will not seek or attempt to receive any personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian has reason to believe that a minor has provided us with personal information without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that such personal information is deleted and that the minor unsubscribes from any applicable Wangli services.

We may change this policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. We will post any changes to this policy on this page.

Account cancellation

Process: APP -> My -> Personal Profile -> Account Cancellation -> Apply for Account Cancellation -> Cancellation Successful;
